Carlos Santamaria is the president of Charles Holmes Consulting a firm specialized in strategic planning, leadership and marketing strategy. In addition, He is also supporting and helping business owners to recruit both Canadian and Temporary workers in Canada in different types of markets.

Carlos has been a marketing consultant for many private and non-profit organizations in Canada and Mexico. He has managed many start-ups launches successfully over the past ten years and has implemented business strategies for franchising purposes in the publishing and retail industry.

He has been a member of the Economic Developers Association of Canada serving communities with professional and ethical services in the field of business and community development. The former Member of Canadian House of Commons in Honoré-Mercie, Montreal, Paulina Ayala, named him “ a person with a very high level of professionalism who developed strategies that guaranteed and delivered success”.
